How Are Reward Points Redeemed?
Once points have been awarded, they may be used for your next purchase at www.uncommonartistry.com. Customers will be responsible for choosing how many points, if any, will be used for their purchase at our checkout.
Points will not be construed to have any redeemable cash value but will be used for the purchase of merchandise on www.uncommonartistry.com only.
When Are Points Forfeited?
Customers will forfeit all accumulated and unused rewards points by not making any purchase, or performing other actions as part of the Rewards Program, within a one year period or when an account is closed.
General Terms & Conditions
UnCommon Artistry, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, modify, suspend or cancel its loyalty program at any time and in any way. This includes the right to change or discontinue benefits , to adjust the number of points awarded for each dollar in net purchases, or to change the redemption value of points awarded by the program.
UnCommon Artistry, Inc. reserves the right to revoke points and participation in the program at any time, for reasons including but not limited to fraud or abuse of the program in any way.
Further, by accepting loyalty points, each customer agrees to hold harmless UnCommon Artistry, Inc., its officers, employees, representatives, affiliates or agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to any person, arising in whole or part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty program or participation in any loyalty program related activity.
No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, service provider, internet, website accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or authorized or unauthorized human intervention.
These terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
