Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer 100% satisfaction. If the order is not correct, let us know within 24 hours of receipt. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, simply email us for a return authorization and then return the item within 7 days after receipt. Shipping & handling charges are not refunded and all returns must be received in original condition. Items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes. We have a 5 day shopping cart but you must pay for your order in ONE payment. If an Order has already been paid for, we cannot then combine another order with it as it has already beeen sent to order fulfillment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Google Checkout and Money Orders.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: We can't predict WHEN your order will arrive as that is up to whichever carrier has been used. We can tell you that orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of payment. If an eCheck has been used as payment, orders will ship after the check has cleared. Paypal has been known to take up to 2 weeks to clear an eCheck and it has become an issue at times as sometimes people haven't realized they have paid by eCheck. We generally do not ship on weekends and obviously do not ship on Holidays!

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: Shipping is $1.75 -$2.00 for the first item (unless marked otherwise for heavier or bulky items) and .25-50 cents for each additional item. It depends upon weight

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do. We ship 1st Class International and Global Priority. If you reside in Mexico, Israel or Italy, please contact us first prior to purchasing as we have exceptions for these countries. There are certain countries that we do not ship to at all and certain countries that we are not allowed to ship to.

Q: Is the item pictured the one I will receive?

A: The pictures in our listings are generally a good representation of that item in inventory. Most of our photos are stock photos. While you may not receive the exact item pictured, you will receive one comparable.

Q: Do you have a print catalog?

A: No, we are constantly adding products to keep up with changing styles and tastes and your requests! Also we get special deals and unique items. Therefore, our inventory is always changing.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: No. We are currently an internet business only and do not have a brick and mortar store at this time.

Q: What is your back-order policy?

A: We do everything we can to maintain our inventory. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will back-order the remaining product. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock when listed as available in the store. If an item is listed and on back order we will ship it as soon as it is back in inventory. We would try to beam it but the particles might not come back together right. If the item is discontinued, we will offer an alternative item- maybe even something similar or issue a refund.

In some unfortunate cases your item may be found to be lost or damaged, -we try not to be clumsy or forgetful but hey, huh what, oh yeah...or we may have simply counted wrong during inventory. YOU try counting itty bitty beads. If this should occur, we will offer a comparable item OR we will credit your account for the full purchase price including shipping. We will email you asap if this should happen. We are unable to ship back-orders to international countries. In this case, your back-order will be cancelled. Except Canada, maybe. Canada is not really a foreign country though is it? People slip through that border all the time. Whoops, not supposed to say that. International customers with cancelled back-ordered items should re-visit our site frequently for those items, as they get re-stocked to the site as soon as they become available. You actually may get them the second time around! Email us and tell us what happened. It could get you a discount! You never know.
